In this large warehouse AVL holds all the the parts removed from each incoming salvage car.
First floor holds the dismantling shop. sales office and shipping docks.
Rear section will be used for future expansion of warehouse space.
In the dismantle shop all fluids are reclaimed to protect the environment. All parts are then pulled off the car for
stock. Before the car leaves the shop most of the copper and aluminum is remove as well.
A 4,000 lbs freight elevator brings parts to 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. These floors stock parts ranging
from hub caps to complete front cut offs.
Each floor is 10,000 square feet of storage space, with 15 foot ceilings. Total warehouse space when building
is completely turned over to AVL Recycling will be over 50,000 square feet.
